Today we go over the rainbow — and back.
This workout ascends and descends. Work your way up, then work your way back down.
The Moves:
- Shamrock Push-Ups
- Leprechaun Lunges (reverse lunges) each side
- Pot o’ Gold Jumping Jacks — 26 every round, no exceptions
Ascending the Rainbow: Round 1: 10 push-ups, 1 lunge each side, 26 jacks Round 2: 9 push-ups, 2 lunges each side, 26 jacks Round 3: 8 push-ups, 3 lunges, 26 jacks Round 4: 7 push-ups, 4 lunges, 26 jacks Round 5: 6 push-ups, 5 lunges, 26 jacks Round 6: 5 push-ups, 6 lunges, 26 jacks Round 7: 4 push-ups, 7 lunges, 26 jacks Round 8: 3 push-ups, 8 lunges, 26 jacks Round 9: 2 push-ups, 9 lunges, 26 jacks Round 10: 1 push-up, 10 lunges, 26 jacks
