Abs & Booty Workout (Day 5)

Finish the week with a targeted burner. Two exercises, high reps, and no equipment required — though ankle weights or dumbbells are optional for the donkey kicks if you want to add a challenge.
The Workout: 100 donkey kicks (ankle weights or dumbbells optional) 100 full crunches
Break up the reps however you need to. Take breaks, split them into sets — just get them all done before you call it a Friday.
